That's when I logged back in to see my games deleted, but I have had an EA account transferred from Origin many months before that.
This is also the only EA account I have so there is no mistaking accounts, this is for sure the one that I bought the packs on.įurthermore, on this forum when I look at my account it says that I created an account only last month, which is just untrue. It should be noted that it wasn't just the packs that were deleted, it was everything, yet I managed to get the base game back since it is free and it still remembers all my saves, including the ones with the packs installed on them, however when I try to play one of those families, it cannot access the non-base game packs. I've tried searching these forums, submitting a request for help on the EA app and even mentioned my issue in their feedback survey on the app.
I've spent hundreds of dollars over the years on Sims 4 packs only to wake up one day to find them gone.
